WHAT WE DO
Forests Without Borders and the
UN International Days of Recognition
Forests Without Borders recognizes March 21st, the International Day of Forests, as a time to appreciate forests as an integral part of life on Earth. We are committed to restoring degraded landscapes, increasing food security, and creating economic opportunities in communities we work with through reforestation or afforestation projects.
Every year, we celebrate Earth Day on April 22nd and by planting trees in countries around the world. As a micro charity, our projects may be small but our impacts in communities are big! Find out how you can contribute to our ongoing projects by checking out our DONATE page. Thank you for your support.
The International Day of Charity is important to us as a non-profit organization. We rely on the generosity of people like you to ensure our projects succeed. Any amount helps, and we encourage monthly donations for continuity and security for funding projects. All donations are tax deductible and make for a wonderful gift! Check out our DONATE page for more information.
Forests Without Borders recognizes and supports International Women's Day through our grassroots projects that empower women in their communities. Many of the projects we have helped to develop and implement were led by women to create sustainable economic opportunities, provide food security, and enhance self-sufficiency.
